suffering can be a catalyst for transformation.

There are events in life that can magnify fear in a manner so intense, it feels all-consuming.  Grief, loss, illness, aging, dying… all activate powerful anxieties that can make us feel isolated, untethered, vulnerable, and painfully aware of our own mortality.

Drawing from personal experience with cancer and grief, I work from a place of deep understanding and compassion. I know firsthand the emotional pain of difficult life experiences and the benefit of having expert guidance along the way. I will be your unwavering support as you navigate through uncertainty, confront challenges, make important decisions, and find clarity and direction for whatever lies ahead.
