in the darkness of unwelcome circumstances, there is an unexpected source of light.

There are events in life that magnify fear in a manner so overwhelming, they feel like an unsurvivable tidal wave. Grief, loss, illness, aging, death… all activate intense anxieties that can make us feel alone, untethered, vulnerable, and painfully aware of our own mortality. Acknowledging that our experiences are individually unique, I work from a place of deep understanding, as I am sensitive to what it feels like to have the ground ripped out from underneath of you.

Drawing from my own experiences of personal loss and life-threatening illness, I will be your unwavering support as you move through uncertainty, confront challenges, make important decisions, achieve clarity, and find direction for whatever lies ahead. You do not have to travel this path alone. When you are ready for help… all you have to do is ask.
