in the darkness of unwelcome circumstances, i have observed a potent source of light.

There are events in life that magnify our fears in a manner so overwhelming, it feels like a tidal wave that will crash in and devour us. Grief, loss, illness, aging, death… all activate intense anxieties that can make us feel untethered, vulnerable, and painfully aware of our own mortality. While I acknowledge that our experiences are individually unique, I work from a place of deep understanding, as I am particularly sensitive to what it feels like to suffer and struggle to hold onto hope. Alternatively, I also know what it is like to emerge from a place of despair. And, as impossible as it may sound—even in the most challenging of circumstances—there is meaning to be discovered in pain.

Drawing from my own experiences of profound personal loss and life-threatening illness, I will be your unwavering support as you move through uncertainty, confront challenges, make important decisions, achieve clarity, and find direction for whatever lies ahead. Remember that despite what it may feel like, you do not have to travel this path alone. When you are ready… all you have to do is ask.
